Talia Johns, a fiber artist, presents What Remains, an introspective and materially diverse exhibition that investigates the emotional terrain of memory, conflict, and endurance. Working with surface-designed fiber sculptures, delicate wire forms, shadow-cut panels, and collaged color studies, Johns examines what endures in the wake of disruption. In her wire sculptures form and shadow operate in tandem, creating ambiguity and nuance. Shadows do more than echo the objects; they reveal new meanings, simultaneously obstructing and illuminating. This exhibition doesn’t seek resolution, but presence. What Remains is a meditation on fragility, resilience, and the quiet force of staying.

Tracey Russell, an abstract expressionist painter based in the Boulder-Denver area, presents Manifesting Clutter, a body of work that elevates the overlooked. Inspired by everyday objects and the piles of mundane “stuff” that accumulate in our living spaces - papers, containers, towels, Russell transforms visual noise into vibrant compositions. What once was a blur in the periphery becomes the subject itself. Through sketches drawn from life and translated into expressive paintings, clutter becomes a visual language of patterns, colors, and lines. This work finds unexpected beauty in the unnoticed and asks viewers to reconsider the emotional weight of the ordinary.
